What's good:
  1. Price
  2. Lightweight
What's bad:
  1. Drag is noisy
Its an OK looking reel compared to more expensive reels on the market. It feels reasonably solid in the hand. On the back there are 2 knobs for adjusting the drag.
In my opinion a fly reel is only there to hold the fly line, so in that sense it does it well, but on the odd occasion that I had to play a fish on the drag it handled them OK.
If you are after a cheap first time fly reel or even a spare then you could consider having a look at this reel as it does what it says on the tin. If you shop about you could pick one up for around £10 which is a bargain.
