What's good:
  1. Price
  2. Lightweight
  3. Good specs for a cheap reel
  4. The extra bits
What's bad:
  1. The colour may not appeal to some

It won't appeal to some as it is a little garish, but I think the colour scheme of this reel is alright. It's a good looking reel, nice and light.
The reel is very smooth thanks to its 5 ball bearings. The rear drag is good. The spools have a small hole in so that the knot that you tie to attach your line to the spool with, won't cause any snagging or bumps in the line lay. The line lay is very good as a result. The spools come with interchangeable buttons which you can use to identify either the breaking strain or diameter of the line.
How Drennan can make a reel this good and for only £20 is amazing. There are even tips on the box on how to load line onto the reel properly.
I've loaded this reel with 3lb and 5lb line and paired it with a 13ft match rod for light float fishing on lakes.
